Architecture

“Maison 78's façade showcases a dynamic vertical arrangement of brick and metal panels. As the tower ascends, the brick gradually gives way to expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by metal accents that enhance its striking silhouette.” – David West, FAIA, Partner, Hill West Architects

Interior Dessgin

“Inspired by the stately townhouses of the Upper East Side, we reimagined their spatial elegance in a contemporary way. Maison 78's amenities unfold as a sequence of parlor-like rooms—intimate yet social, refined yet inviting. In contrast, the residences embrace light and views with a brighter, more uplifting palette that defines their own unique identity.” -DXA Studio
